Remember not my youth's sins, but remember me according to your love.
Have mercy on me, Yahweh, heal my soul, for I have sinned against you (Ps 41:5).
Wash away my guilt thoroughly, and purify me from my sin (Ps 51:4).
Remove your face from my sins.
Set us free, blot our sins for your name's sake (Ps 79:9).
I pray to be honored every day,
remind me of the land that raises me,
remind me of the land that keeps me.
Help me to be a sincere person
and learn to be quiet when the moment calls for it,
teach me the importance of repenting of our sins
and how important it is to learn to forgive the one who offends us.

In your presence, I prostrate myself on my knees,
and with the greatest fervor of my soul,
I ask and beseech you to impress upon my heart
lively sentiments of faith, hope, and charity,
true sorrow for my sins,
and most firm resolutions to make amends;
while with great affection and sorrow,
I consider and contemplate in my soul your five wounds,
having before my eyes what the prophet said:
They have pierced my hands and my feet,
and have been able to count all my bones.
