Fiat

To pray every morning:

My Beloved Father,
 May your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Be my father. Always be my eternal Father.
 Do not abandon my soul.
Do not lose sight of me, My Father, For I am your son
 whom you have created to please you,
 to adore you, to honor you,
 using my days as you have given me permission to live them.

(Offer your Fiat through Mary to Jesus, to the Eternal Father)

Day after day, my children, say this in your mind. This will be the way you will say your FIAT to your Father.

And I, your Father, will open my arms like this (and He opened His arms) and I, every day, will welcome you into my arms and hold you up and rock you like your Beloved Mother (Blessed Mother) rocks each child in her arms. Because yes, you are my children. Remember this FIAT every day as you live.

If you do this from the beginning of the day, I promise you, my children, I guarantee that I will cover you in my arms. I will send you my angels with St. Michael to protect you and with all the saints of your baptism and of your devotions so that they may be with you during the day to guide and assist you.

I promise you that you will feel the power of My great LOVE for you that I will send you day after day. But you have to offer me every day- since you get up in the morning that FIAT."

Heavenly Father

 Heavenly Father, teach us to recognize the difference

 between earthly and heavenly authority;

allow us to be compassionate and merciful

when we try to help those in need.

By your Holy Spirit, give us strength,

Lord, to act with the same compassion that Jesus

 had with each of us dying on the cross,

to restore your friendship with us.

Prayer for our lost child

Family Understanding

Saint Joseph, husband of Mary,

you knew like us the life of a family.

Your love was naturally directed towards

 the Son of God who became your son.

And like us, you had to make your love grow

amidst joys and difficulties.

Saint Joseph, protect our family today.

Help us to understand each other.

Make sure that neither pride

nor selfishness ever affect our love.

Make us more and more faithful

to our commitments and help us

to approach together the Son of God

 who always lives in the heart of all families.

 Amen

Without getting discouraged

OPTION FOR THE POOR.

 Lord Jesus, brothers and sisters of the poor,

 in the face of the murky glare of the mighty,

you have become powerless.

 From the stellar heights of divinity,

 you brought man down to the bottom.

 Being wealthy, you become poverty.

 Being the axis of the world,

you became periphery, marginalization, captivity.

You cast aside the rich and contented

 and took up the torch of the oppressed and forgotten,

And you bet on them.

Carrying aloft the banner of mercy,

you walked over the peaks and ravines behind the wounded sheep.

You said that the rich already had their god,

those who sin out of greed and

because they believe themselves to be more than God,

and that only the poor offer free spaces of wonder;

For them, it will be the sun and the kingdom,

 the wheat field and the harvest.  Blessed!.

It's time to pitch our tents and get on the road

 to stop the misery and the sobbing.

Weeping and tears, break the metal of the chains

 and sustain the dignity of the fighter,

which is coming, implacable, the dawn of liberation

 in which the swords will be buried in the germinating earth.

There are many poor people, Lord.

Their cry is muffled, rising, impetuous,

and at times threatening like an approaching tempest.

Give us, Lord Jesus, your sensitive and risky heart;

deliver us from indifference and passivity;

 Make us capable of committing ourselves and of betting ourselves,

too, on the poor and abandoned.

It is time to pick up the banners of justice

and peace get to the bottom of the crowds

among tensions and conflicts,

 and challenge materialism with alternative solutions.

Amen.
